Hanged Man’s Pardon

This simple leather pouch to be worn around a
person’s neck. Inside the pouch is a handful of
dirt gathered from below a hangman's gallows.
The first time a character fails a death save, the
pouch splits open, spilling its contents. Instead
of failing the saving throw, nothing happens.
The character is still considered to be dying but
has gained a reprieve this round. They continue
making death saves as normal in the next round.
