Hank blocks each combat if able and may block
an additional creature.
When a creature an opponent controls dies after
being blocked by Hank gain a +1/+1 counter.
Opponent's creatures attacking you or blocking
creatures you control have -1/-1 until the end
of turn.
This is good diplomacy!
