When Joshua turns 17, Cash is King enters
invisible. Exile it the day after Joshua's birthday,
and put 5 Belated Counters on Joshua's bank
account. Add 5 counters each additional day
Cash is King is exiled. When there is another
birthday in the family, return Cash is King to
Dad. Remove all belated counters from the bank
account. Joshua's Bank account increases by $1
for each counter removed this way. Cash is King
