Hard Decision

Players vote on a creature on the battlefield, that creature's owner must then sacrifice it.
If the creature is not Flood, the owner may draw
a card and gain 1 life.
If the creature is Flood, the owner may cast an artifact from the graveyard with converted mana
cost 3 or less without paying its mana cost.
