If Hard Rock is in your hand, you may cast it
for {w}{r}{1}, tap all creatures with power
3 or greater. They are listening.
During your upkeep, if Hard Rock is on the
battlefield and have one or more counter on
it, you may remove a counter and add one
+1/+1 counter on each human creature you
control. Then proliferate for all human
creatures on the battlefield.
