Whenever Harmet, the Iron Cleric or another creature you control is targeted by a spell or ability an opponent controls, you may pay {2}. If you do, prevent all damage that would be dealt to that creature this turn, and gain life equal to its toughness.

At the beginning of your end step, if you gained 5 or more life this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
