Haroth the Master Tactician

Haroth's owner may remove any differentely named counters from permanats they control. Haroth's mana costs is reduced by {1}for each counter removed this way.

When Haroth enters, chose one of the following counters: Haste, Vigilance, Firststrike, Trample, Lifelink, or Deathtouch. Target creature gains that counter.

{t}{w}{b}{g}: Move a counter from one permanent to another. A player may assist this cost. If they do, they may place a counter of that type on a permanent they control & uptap Haroth.
