of your library. You may cast that card without
paying its mana cost if it is snow and has
converted mana cost X or less, otherwise put that
card into your hand. Spend only {s} on {x}.
At the beginning of your end step, Harouser,
Frosted Observer phases out. (Treat it and
anything attached to it as though they don't exist until
its controller's next turn.)
