Harrowing Malism

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, its controller may discard a card. If they don't, put a -1/-1 counter on that creature and it gains blight. (Whenever a creature blocks an attacking creature with blight, the attacking creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn
and the blocking creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.)
