Eminence — If Harry, Scion of the Hallows is in
the command zone or on the battlefield, wizard
spells you control cost {1} less and gain prowess. (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each creature
with prowess gets +1/+1 until the end of turn.)
Whenever you cast an enchantment, instant or
sorcery spell, you may pay {u}{r}{w}. If you do, you
may cast a copy of that spell without paying the
mana cost.
