Hart of the Leylines

Preeminence—If Hart of the Leylines is in your
opening hand or the command zone, you may
begin the game with it on the battlefield tapped.
If you do, it has a divinity counter on it.
Hart of the Leylines gets +1/+1 for each land
type among all lands and cards in graveyards.
If Hart of the Leylines would die while it has no counters on it, you may instead exile it and
return it to the battlefield transformed.
