When Harvey enters the battlefield or at the
beginning of your upkeep, choose an opponent.
You both mill a card. Then, if a land card is
milled this way, you both create a Treasure
token. If a creature card is milled this way, you
both Scry 1. If a noncreature, nonland card is
milled this way, you both draw a card.
{p/b}{p/b}, {t}: Each opponent with 10 or more
cards in their graveyard loses 10 life.
