Harvey, the party mage

whenever Harvey, the party mage enters the battlefield
each player may sacrifice a creature, if a creature was sacrificed this way that player may search their library
for a basic land and put it onto the battlefield tapped
then each player draw a card.
{1}{w}{u}{b},{t}: Until your next turn if another creature
would die each player draws a card and gain 1 life.
Only one triggers once per player.
