If a creature is blocked by Hat while she is tapped,
that creature gains a Scritch counter.
Creatures with Scritch counters lose all abilities
and can not untap as long as Hat is tapped.
If a creature with a Scritch counter dies, draw
a card.
She doesn't claw you but it's still a trap!
