Whenever an opponent casts a spell from their graveyard if it has a mana value of {x} or less, you may put that card onto the battlefield under your control.
As long as your opponent controls a creature named Lurrus of the Dream-Dean, you may cast Hate on Lurrus Day as though it had flash.
