Hathmet's Ascension

Whenever a player discards a card, you may put
a quest counter on Hathmet's Ascension.
Whenever a player discards a card, as long
as Hathmet's Ascension has four or more Quest
counters on it, you may pay {b/r}{u/b}. If you do,
you may cast the discarded card without paying
it's mana cost.
