At the beginning of your upkeep, starting with
you, each player votes for Future Sound or
Colorful Tune. If Future Sound gets more votes,
you may cast a card from your hand without
paying it's mana cost. If Colorful Tune gets more
votes or the vote is tied, draw a card and create
a treasure token.

until the end of your next turn.
