Enchant creature
At the beginning of your upkeep put a -1/-1 counter on enchanted creature. If enchanted creature dies through this ability, return it to the battlefield under your control. It's a Demon with Possessed 4 in addition to it's other types.
To possess a creature without a contract, the fiend's prey has to be willing. Or more likely: the fiend breaks their will.
