Haunting Secrets

Will of the council - Choose a player, then starting with you, each player votes for secrecy or confession. If secrecy gets more votes, the chosen player can't cast spells during his or her next turn. If confession gets more votes or the vote is tied, the chosen player reveals his or her hand. Choose a card from it. That player discards that card.
