number of experience counters you have, you get
an experience counter.
{3}{u/r}, {t}: Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, then shuffle your library. If that card
has converted mana cost less than the number of experience counters you have, put it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, put it into your hand.
