He Who Explains

Eminence — At the beginning of each player's
upkeep, that player creates a 1/1 black Bat
creature token with flying. You and permanents
you control have protection from Bats.
When He Who Explains is cast, each player sacrifices all permanents they control, then
returns permanents equal to the least amount of permanents a player sacrificed this way.
