He Who Knows All

Flying, haste.
Whenever He Who Knows All deals combat
damage to a player, search your library for 2
cards and exile them face down with riddle
counters on them. That player then chooses:
Riddle or Knowledge
•Riddle: You may cast a card at random from
exile with a riddle counter on it without paying
its mana cost. If its a land put it into play tapped.
•Knowledge: Reveal your hand then you
draw 3 cards.
