Health Inspector

Health inspectors show up unannounced to check
on the safety & cleanliness of a food truck. They
give the food establishment a score which can take
time to assess. Use this card during any game play
to slow down another team. This card will send
out the health inspector which will halt their
operations for 90 seconds.
