During the auction phase, health can be
offered and expended as currency.
Non-winning players get equal portions of the winning bid.
No player's health can go below 0.
If a player’s health is 0, they do not lose but cannot bid.
At the beginning of the game, set each player’s health to a mutually agreed amount.
