When heart of corruption enters the battlefield,
put X virus counters on artifacts you don't
control, divided as you choose, and gains X
+1/+1 counters when it enters the battlefield.
Virus 2: Put a +1/+1 counter on Heart of
Corruption.
Virus 4: Infected artifact becomes a 0/1 Cyberkin
Horror with "During your upkeep, this creature
deals 1 damage to you."
The virus has taken another foothold.
