Hunters you control get +1/+1 and have lifelink. At the beginning of your end step, Heather fights up to one other target creature you control. If a creature she fights dies this way, put a +1/+1 counter on her. If Heather has three or more +1/+1 counters on her, transform her.{flavor}Loyalty is just another word for delay.
