At the beginning of your upkeep, you can tap
Heavens choice to exile target nonland permanent. The exiled card remains exiled as long as Heavens choice is on the battlefield. When Heavens choice leaves the battlefield, bring all cards exiled with Heavens choice back to their owners control.
