is the current Monarch. Whenever a creature
attacks the enchanted player or a planeswalker
they control, it gets +1/0 until end of turn. If
you are the monarch any creature attacking you revives -1/0 until the end of turn. As long as
your the monarch you & this enchantment
both have {3} Ward or Hexproof in Final Hour.
