When Hedger enters the battlefield, for each
tapped land or artifact, put a +1/+1 or -1/-1
counter on target permenent.
Reach
{g/u}: Move a counter from a permenent onto
another permenent of your choice.
Each permenent with a counter on it has shroud
and "{t}: Add one mana of any color." Its non-
mana activated abilities can't be activated.
