Can only be equipped to a card equipped with a Slugthrower or Heavy Weapon Tech card.
When the equipped card attacks, and is defended against, before battle damage is dealt to either
card, deal damage equal to the equipped card's
attack value to the opponent's card. Then
proceed to battle damage.
