Hel, Diviner of Fates

Hel, Diviner of Fates's toughness is equal to your devotion to white and black.
Whenever another creature dies, each player may
bet any amount of life. The player that bet the
most life loses that much and chooses if the
creature is put into it's owner's hand or
graveyard.
