Heliod's Command

Starting with you and continuing to your left,
each player chooses a color. The player or players
with the greatest devotion to their selected color
choose two —
•Destroy target creature or planeswalker.
•Creatures target player controls gain +1/+1 and
first strike until end of turn.
•Exile target enchantment.
{bull}Target player draws cards equal to their devotion
to their chosen color, then discards two cards.
