When Hell Soul Shackler enters the battlefield,
exile all creatures from graveyards, then each
player loses life equal to the amount of creatures
exiled from their graveyard this way.
When Hell Soul Shackler attacks, return a
random creature exiled by this creature onto
the battlefield under your control tapped and attacking.
