Hellfire Forge

Artifact spells you cast cost {2} less to cast.
Whenever you successfully cast an Artifact spell, Hellfire Forge does X damage to you and to each
non-artifact, non-flying creature you control,
where X is that spells converted mana cost minus
twice the number of Hellfire Forges in play
under your control. If X is 0 or below then
Hellfire Forge does one damage instead.
