Hellish Rebuke

You point your finger, and a creature that just
damaged you is momentarily surrounded by
hellish flames.
The creature makes a Dex save. It takes 2d10
fire damage on a failure, or half as much on
a success.
At Higher Levels. Each extra spell slot increases
the damage by 1d10.
