Suspend 4 - {0} (You may cast this card for its suspend cost. If
you do, cast it into exile. (Rather than cast this card from your
hand, you may pay {r} and exile it with 4 time counters on it. At
the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. If there are
no time counters on it, cast it without paying its mana cost. It
has haste.)
When Hell's Messenger enters the battlefield, deal 5 damage to
target creature or player. Then you may return it to it's owners
hand.
