Helm of Whispered Lies can be your commander.

If you would attach an artifact to a creature, you
may instead attach Helm of Whispered Lies.
Whenever you draw each turn, choose three. You
may choose the same mode multiple times.
Activate only if Helm of Whispered Lies is
equipped.
• Exile target card from a graveyard.
• Target player discards a card.
