Helping Hands

Whenever Helping Hands enters the Battlefield every player gets a random amount of Hand Artifact Tokens between 0 and 3.
The Tokens Have:
A players maximum hand size is increased by 1 for each Hand Token he has.
If a player has 3/6/9/12/and higher his max hand size is decreased by 1/2/3/4/4
Whenever a player discards a card, destroy Helpping Hands.
