Helpless During Calamity

Enchant creature.
Enchanted creature can't attack or block,
and its activated abilities can't be activated.
Enchanted creature has "At the beginning
of your upkeep, you lose 3 life."
If I could only just...if there was a way to...it's
all hopeless, isn't it?
