Herald Of Combustion

Whenever a source you control would deal non-
combat damage to a player, it deals that much
damage to their permanents aswell.
Whenever Herald Of Combustion enters the battlefield, target player may have Herald Of Combustion deal 3 damage to them. If they don't,
exile the top five cards of your library. You may
put all cards called Leyline Of Combustion into
the battlefield. Otherwise you may play those
cards until end of turn.
