Herald of Immolation

Whenever Herald of Immolation deals damage to
a creature, player or planeswalker, put a Doomed counter on that permanent or player.
Sacrifice Herald of Immolation: Deal X times Y damage to each player and permanent with a Doomed counter on it where X is the amount of Doomed counters in play and Y is number of Doomed counters on that player or permanent. Exile all Doomed counters.
