I: All players draw cards until they have one
for each card in their graveyards, to a
maximum of 7.
II: At the start of each player's next main
phase, that player taps one permanent they
control for each card in their hand.
III: Each player reveals their hands and
places all cards except sorceries and instants
on top of their libraries.
