Enchant creature
Memory (as long as this card isn't face down it keeps counters on it regardless of which zone it is in.)
When Heritage enters the battlefield, move all counters on Heritage to enchanted creature.
When enchanted creature dies, move all counters
from it onto Heritage.
If Heritage would be put into your graveyard from play, you may put it into your hand instead.
