Heroic Inspiration

The DM may award Heroic Inspiration for something heroic, entertaining, or tied to a player's backstory.

The human race starts every long rest with Heroic Inspiration.

Once a player has Heroic Inspiration, they can:
•Reroll any die immediately after rolling it, but must take the new roll.
•Pass it to another player who doesn't have it.
•Only have one at a time.
