Whenever a creature enters the battlefield from
your graveyard, you draw a card and lose 1 life.
{p/b}{p/b}{p/u}{p/u}, {t}: Return target creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a bound counter
on it. If that creature would die, exile it instead. Activate this ability only during your turn, and if
you control no creatures with bound counters on
them.
When Hevnoraak dies, return it to the battlefield tapped at the beginning the next end step.
