Enchant player
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep
they mill 3 cards, and may pay {1} to destroy Hex.
When Hex is destroyed you draw a card and
then discard a card.
At the beginning of enchanted player's end
step they lose 1 life for each non-land card
in their graveyard.
