Starting with you, pay any amount of life to put
that many lands onto the battlefield tapped. All
effects of chosen land must resolve or be able
to resolve, than the next player does this until
no player pays any life. exile this card, and
until the end of the game no more lands may
enter the battlefield than were put there this way.
