FEAR THE DARKNESS- When Hex comes into
play put as many bonecounters on Hex where the
number is equal to X that was used to cast Hex.
{t}{3}{b}: Remove a bonecounter from Hex and if
you do deal 4 damage to a creature or
planeswalker. If the target died put a bonecounter
on Hex.
