+3: Draw until you get a basic land. Show land to opponent. Shuffle deck afterword.
-4: Put +1/+1 on every creature you control. If you control a dragon, then put a +2+1 counter on it.
-8: Deal 10 damage to target player. If player does not die, then put a -1/-1 counter on target creature.
