Hexblade's Curse

-Place a baleful curse on a target that lasts
for 1 minute.
-The curse ends early if the target dies, you die,
or you are incapacitated.
-Until the curse ends, you gain the following
benefits:
1) Add proficiency bonus to damage.
2) Critical hit on 19 or 20.
3) If target dies, gain HP= warlock level +
Charisma mod.
4) Can use once per short/long rest.
